A clear example is the spread of diseases caused by mosquitoes, such as malaria and dengue, which are increasingly spreading to areas that were previously unaffected. Overall, the impacts of global climate change on ecosystems are extensive and complex. Human activities, such as deforestation and pollution, make the situation worse. Therefore, mitigation and adaptation efforts are necessary to protect remaining ecosystems and ensure the survival of threatened species.
